And also, weekly service of cleanliness (room and common zones) and  change sheets and towels.

THE RENT IS FOR COMPLETE COURSE,  SEPTEMBER TO JUNE.
It is not rented by low periods except in the summers months.

 2008 SUMMER     (July and August)

During the summers  mont  is posible renting for seasons the rooms.
The price they are 12 € for room and  night, equally with all the expenses and included services. 

(6 nights minimum)


If it is rented the complete month, the price is like the rest of the year.
